Everybody likes comfort…I know that I do! However, when we only seek comfort our ability to grow and meet our goals will be hindered.
When I think of the situations that stretched me most as a leader, author, speaker, and person, they have all required me to be in uncomfortable situations.
I can remember very clearly working to finalize my book and went through a tough edit/review process that stretched me more than I wanted to be stretched, but in the end my book “Greatness Awaits You!” was birthed and has inspired and impacted people’s lives in ways that I could not have imagined.
